I am Anne. I curled for a few years at Greenacres with Cardross and then at Stirling with Balfron Curling Club.

My husband still curls and is now with Helensburgh Curling Club, so I accompany him to all his matches at Braehead. Isn't it amazing how expert you become when watching than you are when participating!

I am a hypnotherapist. I searched the internet for hypnosis programmes for curling, and couldn't find any. There are plenty for golf! So, to help everyone become better curlers, I have done my own.
