Hi John we have chatted before on  ITH a couple of years ago I think I am the one that went silent as you put it.I am still working but in a different rink now ( I'm back home ) and I have posted a few comments on here. I have had my back up already if you would care to read the icemakers forum , and to answer the question is probably the latter but in good taste . I hope I can answer some q's  along with other icemakers as I'm sure we will all have different views/ideas.
