I'm cutting down trees in the back garden, stacking the logs to dry and give myself a wood supply that, by the size of the pile, will last me until 2020.

Wasting time at the computer, making wooden curling stones, fixing bikes, garden and greenhouse, waiting for the RCCC AGM, and Dumfries, enjoying Bob's blog and doing what swambo tells me Grin

So more photographs tomorrow.............just watched your clip, must be subliminal but I am actually wearing the red check shirt. Very fetching, seems to go with the buzzing of the chainsaw.

Hmm... lets see
at the moment, studying for the end of year exams at uni keep me busy. Afterwards I'm off for a well earned holiday (been invited for a 5 week sailing trip from the Netherlands - Helgoland (GER) - Kopenhagen (DK) - westcoast of Sweden - Denmark again - back to the Netherlands,   Grin )

Afterwards it's August again and the curling season is starting with the first pre-season tournaments in the Swiss Alps.  Wink

I'm working as a classroom assistant at Kilpatrick School (Formally Auchentoshan), a school for additional needs children, and loving every second of it. Never a dull moment, i work in the primary school in the morning and then the secondary in the afternoon.
Having never really done anything like it before, I am learning as I go. I just feel sorry for the poor kids involved!  Grin
On Thursdays we go on trips to places and on Fridays, the secondary pupils sell tea and cakes they have made, so, I'm not complaining!

I also work with a guy who, in a former life was none other than a BBC Scotland newsreader, as the teacher of one of the classes I help in. I went in at first and thought to myself 'He looks familiar!'. It turns out to be a certain Forbes McFall who is now a History teacher, but is working at Kilpatrick for the moment. He, in his own words, 'reinvented himself', and good luck to him, that's all I can say!
I wonder if he ever did anything involving Curling, I'll have to ask him methinks!! (oddly enough, I've never really asked him much about it as I bet everyone does that!. I have never quite brought myself to ask if he is still in touch with Jackie Bird and co either!!  Cheesy Cheesy)

Needless to say that the kids, being too young, are blissfully unaware of his past. To them, he is simply the teacher.

Then during the holidays I should be working at various summer clubs seeing as I'm contracted to work 30 hours a week as part of the course I'm currently on.

I was also down south in London and then Southampton/Portsmouth a week or two ago for a few things.

I'm now here supping a beer and thinking that I should really get to bed but can't really be bothered too.

Arrgghh!! how frustrating!!

It's all down to the actual order in which the frogs jump. I managed it. Eventually  Embarrassed Embarrassed

Actually, I have just bought a couple of Inflight 200 models of Ebay. An Air India '707, and a Northwest (USA) DC - 9.

I'm selling a lot of my things though, so I'm only making very specific purchases now, such as the other day when I got an Uzbekestan IL - 76.

Oh well.
