Hi Folks ,

I am just testing out a new webcast distribution system over the next few days.  Feel free to view the Perthmasters Final day.

The new system has a realtime reporting feature which I would like to test.

If you have any comment feel free to send me a private message.

Thanks

Don't know how I missed this earlier.  Video and Audio quality are excellent.  Only slight criticism is that there is a narrow white band at the top of the picture.  Anything you want me to try just shout.

Thanks Sandy, The white line at the top of the picture is related to the onscreen scoreboard and drawing program. The next version of that will be better. I am just testing out the new distribution network and associated realtime stats package at the moment.

I will be carrying out further tests during the coming months. Next big test will involve getting the highest possible quality video out of the curling rink's broadband connection.

Apologies, I forgot to post this last week. I did look at the thing and became engrossed, and sat there for a long, long time. The sound was good, the picture was adequate and once you move on to the next level I'd be more than happy to pay a fee to watch this!

Thanks, Mitchnet, you're doing great.

Also did not check this out because of time factors. Saw it today.
At first I thought there was no sound but as game commenced all came alive!
Better pictures than I got from Eurovision and even the sound on the game was OK. The continuity between cameras was excellent and with both zoom and focus working well to give a good apreciation of the game.
Great! Carry on the good work!1
