Me too - and I think, unless anyone knows different, that I will phone the office today to ask if Vernon is going to be reported on and open for discussion or will we/I have to ask for it as AOCB?

This question has been submitted to the CEO but he's on holiday till Monday so no answer yet.

I'm told that you can still stand up and have your say at AOCB but if you haven't submitted your question by 8th June then you can't expect and answer!!

Looks like it. I do think the players have very good grounds for legal action going forward ( i dont need to tell them that), it will depend if they want to let it rest with the current conclusion.
DB could also still take action but his position as an (occasional?) employee may make it more complicated.
OR did the parties involved agree NOT to take further action by commiting to the "vernon report".

What we as curlers will take away from this is that the governing bodies (and therefore the members of these associations) have a duty of care to international teams and staff to have appropriate regulations and practices to deal with such future events. I say "deal with" other than "prevent" because it is not possible to prevent this situation or similar happening in the future, especially if the practice of coaches dropping players continues.
