Is the system for Paralympic qualification just as contentious as the one for the Olympics??

What is contentious about the system for Olympic qualification - you score points for wherever you finish in the World Championships. Scotland score points for GB.

I was thinking of Micro rathr than Macro scale jmlb.  I was actually asking if the system for squad selection was as contentious.

What about in England is there much in the way of Paralympic talent?  I only ask as no doubt that'll be the next debate you bring up if there is.
